Figma has launched a feature that lets users convert ChatGPT conversations into FigJam diagrams. Starting today, the Figma app in ChatGPT can recommend and generate visual diagrams based on your dialogue—whether that’s a flow chart, Gantt chart, sequence diagram, or state diagram.
You can also upload reference materials—photos, drawings, or PDFs—to shape the output. Once created, these diagrams can be opened and refined within FigJam itself.
Key Features & Uses:
- Supports flowcharts, Gantt charts, sequence diagrams, and state diagrams out of the box.
- Lets you upload visual references (sketches, PDFs) to guide diagram creation.
- Diagrams are editable in FigJam, enabling further collaboration and polish.
- Available to ChatGPT users on Free, Pro, and Plus plans (excludes EU users currently).
With this integration, Figma bridges conversational ideation and visual expression—helping ideas evolve seamlessly from chat to diagram to collaboration.
